Paul E. Jacobsen, P.E.

Mr. Jacobsen is Principal in charge of all aspects of Electrical Engineering budgeting, planning, studies, design and construction management for commercial, industrial, municipal and residential clients.  Typical projects include electric service upgrades, load studies, fire alarm design and power distribution.

Mr. Jacobsen is a member of the National Society of Professional Engineers, New York State Society of Professional Engineers, National Fire Protection Association, and International Association of Electrical Inspectors.

Kenneth J. Horan, P.E.

Mr. Horan is Principal in charge of all aspects of Mechanical Engineering budgeting, planning, study preparation, design, customer contact and project management for commercial, industrial, municipal and residential clients.  Typical projects include HVAC&R and plumbing new installation, retrofit or upgrade, as well as inspection, troubleshooting and report generation.

Mr. Horan is a member of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating & Air-Conditioning Engineers and the National Society of Professional Engineers.
